Super Smoothie Bowls with Manuka Honey
Bright, nourishing and packed with natural goodness, these Super Smoothie Bowls are a delicious way to start your day. Made with wholesome fruits, yoghurt, oats and premium Manuka Honey, this versatile recipe from Australian Bush Spices can be customised with your favourite toppings for a colourful and satisfying breakfast.

Ingredients
Smoothie Bowl Base
- 2 frozen bananas, sliced
- 4–6 ice cubes
- ½ cup milk or preferred plant-based milk
- ⅓ cup natural yoghurt
- 2 tsp almond butter or cashew butter
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Manuka Honey MGO 83+
- Extra Manuka honey for drizzling
Strawberry Bliss Variation
- Replace 1 banana with 1 cup frozen strawberries
- Fresh strawberries, sliced
- Goji berries
- Toasted almonds
Choc Hazelnut Delight Variation
- Add 2 tsp cacao powder
- Hazelnut spread
- Toasted hazelnuts
- Coconut flakes
- Dark chocolate chips
Tropical Green Variation
- Replace 1 banana with 1 cup frozen pineapple
- ½ avocado
- Handful of baby spinach
- Fresh berries
- Granola clusters
Instructions
- Place all smoothie bowl base ingredients into a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth, thick and creamy. If required, add a little extra milk to achieve your preferred consistency.
- Divide the mixture between two serving bowls.
- Choose your favourite topping combination or create your own.
- Finish with a generous drizzle of Australian Bush Spices Manuka Honey and serve immediately.
