ORANGE Recipes – Lamb and Macadamia Korma

Create a rich and comforting meal with Australian Bush Spices ORANGE Recipes – Lamb and Macadamia Korma. This fragrant curry combines tender lamb, creamy macadamias, and aromatic spices for a delicious Australian-inspired twist on a classic korma recipe perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • Serves 4
  • 500g diced lamb leg
  • 2 tablespoons Greek-style yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ORANGE Australian Bush Spice
  • ½ cup macadamias
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 400ml coconut cream

Instructions

  1. Combine lamb and yoghurt in a bowl. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Grind ginger, garlic, ORANGE spice and macadamias into a paste, adding a little water if needed.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, cook onions 5 minutes until golden. Add lamb and cook 5 minutes or until browned.
  4. Add spice paste, cinnamon and coconut cream with ½ cup water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes covered. Remove lid and cook 20 minutes until thick.
