Manuka Honey Overnight Oats

These creamy Manuka Honey Overnight Oats are a simple make-ahead breakfast packed with wholesome ingredients and natural sweetness. Created with premium Manuka Honey from Australian Bush Spices, this versatile recipe can be customised with your favourite fruits, nuts and toppings for a delicious start to the day.
Ingredients
Base Overnight Oats
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp Manuka Honey MGO 83+
- ½ cup Greek-style yoghurt
- 1½ cups milk or preferred plant-based milk
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup rolled oats
Optional Topping Variations
Tropical Turmeric & Coconut
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- Diced mango
- Passionfruit pulp
- Coconut flakes
Pistachio & Pomegranate
- 1 tbsp tahini
- Chopped pistachios
- Pomegranate arils
Almond Chocolate Crunch
- Extra almond butter
- Chopped roasted almonds
- Dark chocolate chips
Berry Yoghurt Delight
- Extra Greek yoghurt
- Fresh strawberries
- Chia seeds
- Pepitas
Instructions
- Place the almond butter, Manuka Honey, yoghurt, milk, quinoa and rolled oats into a large mixing bowl.
- Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
- Before serving, stir the mixture and add a splash of extra milk if a thinner consistency is preferred.
- Divide between serving bowls and finish with your choice of toppings.
- Drizzle with additional Manuka MGO 83+, MGO 514+, MGO 880+ for extra flavour and natural sweetness.
