Ingredients
- Serves 4 as a side
- 200g mixed salad leaves
- 50g sunflower sprouts
- 1 cup fresh herbs – mint, coriander, Vietnamese mint
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon GREEN Australian Bush Spice
Instructions
- Put the leaves, sprouts and herbs into a bowl and toss lightly to combine.
- Whisk the oil, vinegar and GREEN spice until combined.
- Pour over and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
