Garlic, Ginger & Manuka Honey Wellness Syrup
A simple homemade wellness syrup featuring garlic, fresh ginger and premium Manuka honey. This nourishing blend combines traditional ingredients often used to soothe the throat and support everyday wellbeing. Made with quality Australian ingredients, this recipe highlights the natural goodness of Australian Bush Spices' Manuka Honey.

Ingredients
- ½ cup Manuka Honey MGO 83+
- 10 small garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 piece fresh ginger (approximately 3–5cm), peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
- 1–2 tablespoons water (optional)
Instructions
- Place the peeled garlic cloves and sliced ginger into a clean, sterilised glass jar.
- Pour the Manuka Honey MGO 514+ over the garlic and ginger, ensuring all ingredients are fully covered.
- Seal the jar and store it in a warm, dry place.
- Allow the mixture to infuse for at least 2 weeks, gently turning the jar every few days.
- Once infused, the garlic and ginger will soften, and the honey will develop a rich, aromatic flavour.
- When ready to use, stir through a little water and fresh lemon juice if desired.
- Enjoy a teaspoon as needed or add a spoonful to warm drinks and savoury recipes.
