Ingredients

12 local rock oysters or Angasi oysters
2 limes
1 tsp Salt and Pepperberry (or Pink Salt Flakes)

Instructions

Open the oysters and detach flesh slightly without removing. Keep the brine in the shell. Arrange on crushed ice.
Cut limes in half and squeeze juice over oysters.
Top each oyster with 1/4 teaspoon of lime juice and a pinch of the Salt & Pepperberry blend. Serve immediately
