Bush Oysters
Enjoy the fresh flavours of the sea with these delicious Bush Oysters by Australian Bush Spices. Featuring native Australian seasonings and a zesty finish, this easy seafood recipe is perfect for entertaining, summer gatherings, or adding a gourmet twist to fresh oysters.

Ingredients
- 12 local rock oysters or Angasi oysters
- 2 limes
- 1 tsp Salt and Pepperberry (or Pink Salt Flakes)
Instructions
- Open the oysters and detach flesh slightly without removing. Keep the brine in the shell. Arrange on crushed ice.
- Cut limes in half and squeeze juice over oysters.
- Top each oyster with 1/4 teaspoon of lime juice and a pinch of the Salt & Pepperberry blend. Serve immediately
