BLUE Recipes – Crusted Salmon

Enjoy this delicious BLUE Recipes – Crusted Salmon made with premium flavours from Australian Bush Spices. Featuring a perfectly seasoned crust and tender salmon, this easy seafood recipe is ideal for weeknight dinners or entertaining guests with authentic Australian flavour.

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • Serves 4
  • 500g peeled chopped potatoes
  • 50g butter
  • 50g Parmesan, finely grated
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 salmon steaks
  • 1 tablespoon BLUE Australian Bush Spice
  • 1–2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Crust salmon on both sides with BLUE spice. Heat oil in a fry pan and cook salmon over medium heat until crisp and cooked to your liking.
  2. Boil potatoes, drain, then add butter and Parmesan. Beat until smooth and creamy, adding milk if
    needed.
  3. Serve salmon with mashed potato and halved finger limes or lemon wedges.
